Patrice Jones is a social entrepreneur, impact architect, and community organizer dedicated to addressing systemic inequities in underserved Black and Brown communities. Her work centers on creating sustainable, community-driven solutions that improve health, economic opportunity, civic engagement, and overall quality of life.

Before stepping fully into community advocacy and nonprofit leadership, Patrice built a diverse professional background as an independent insurance adjuster, life and health insurance specialist, and bartender. She is also the owner of Impact Ventures LLC and Impact Document Solutions, where she provides notary, loan signing, and legal document preparation services for attorneys and clients across the community.

Patrice serves as the Executive Director of By Any Means 104 (BAM104), a nonprofit organization committed to building a self-determined, accountable, and engaged community. BAM104’s inaugural program, Southside Community Gardens, was launched to combat food insecurity and health disparities in Fort Worth’s 76104 ZIP code — an area historically identified as having the lowest life expectancy in Texas.

Southside Community Gardens is a growing network of home gardeners, community partners, and organizers united by a shared passion for cultivating fresh food, teaching sustainability, and advancing justice through food access. Since February 2021, the initiative has helped build more than 80 community gardens and continues to expand its impact, currently serving more than 200 residents and families throughout the community.

Through her leadership, Patrice continues to bridge grassroots organizing, economic empowerment, and community wellness to create lasting change in Fort Worth and beyond.
